Six Degrees: Jon Stewart on “The Oprah Winfrey Show”.
Jon was recently a guest on “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, where he arrived prepared for anything. He even brought his own suit case packed with clothing for all occassions. Sadly, Jon did not get a free car or holiday to Australia but he did give Oprah his take on the latest news headlines, become a [...]
Are the Colbert/Stewart rallies real?

The answer to the above question is… yes and no. Yes, they are real in the sense that there will be a gathering of people in Washington, D.C. on October 30th, assuming that the permit for the event is approved. As MsInterpreted blogged yesterday, an application was submitted to the National Parks Department on September [...]

Congratulations to “The Daily Show” (again)!

I know a lot of us were really thinking it would be Stephen’s year this time around, and I’ll confess to some (personal) soreness of the heart when I consider that The Colbert Report has been passed over again. But I’ll extend a sincere congratulations to Jon and his crew again, since they’ve succeeded brilliantly at the incredibly difficult task of maintaining the public’s attention and love. (And I very much include myself in that category.) Well done, gang.

POLL: Jon Stewart’s new goatee – should it stay or should it go now?

We’re never one to shun controversy … when it comes to faux pundits and their facial growths. This week, after his two week hiatus, Jon Stewart came back sporting a goatee, apparently whitened by his desire to feed his kids marshmallow fluff. While he seems to think he’s starting a trend and EW.com and DippedInCream [...]
