*IF* he’s getting some rest, but I doubt it. He’s probably writing the new book and taping segments for the show (which did come in handy when he was ill). I’ll bet he’s picking lettuce in California. Maybe we’ll get another installment of BKAD. As much as I miss new shows during their vacations, I really hope he is getting in some well-deserved R&R and time with his family.

I know — I thought the same thing, and I’m sure he is taping a few segments. There really is no time to do that when the show is airing. And, yes, I suspect he is going to do some lettuce picking, which by the way, is netting him (and a very important cause) quite a bit of publicity.
But I hope at least a week of the break is dedicated to enjoying his family, clearing his mind, and relaxing.
