Okay, the connection to “bear”: large, bearded gay men are often called “bears.” So Andrew (who is a bearded, gay man) is anticipating Stephen teasing him about his beard, thus his bear-ness, and is thus posting pro-bear propaganda on his website.

I figure Mr. S knows Mr. C is scared of bears so the video being of a guy throwing in the towel of corporate slavery and riding a bear into the sunset just says *raspberry* to Stephen … LOL
