I can’t imagine that anyone’s forgotten about the abundance of options we’ll have for Colbert-watching tonight, but Comedy Central gives us some hints on when to watch the various channels (internal links omitted):

I’m not sure how much our friends in Canada will see of the NBC coverage, but CTV News will be re-airing a brief interview with Stephen that they conducted earlier today; according to this, their interview will be rerun at 7 tonight. Happy TV watching, folks!
UPDATED TO ADD: As was obvious to all of you who watched NBC’s coverage tonight, Stephen’s segment did not air as scheduled. We’re not sure whether he was bumped to later tonight, to tomorrow, or some other channel, but we’ll let you know if we hear any news.
I’m disappointed not to have seen Stephen’s segment tonight but, in fairness, I’m not sure how much could have been trimmed from the broadcast to squeeze him in. I really wouldn’t have been happy if NBC had cut away from the athletes it showed tonight, either. I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for some Stephen Colbert extras in the near future — are you listening, NBC?

I love our speedskaters.
I think post Olympics we all need to give an additional donation and I hope that we set up a non-profit organization to support the speedskaters. I think they are the most entertaining sports in the Olympics, and we as a nation need to support their effort.

I was watching NBC all nigt last night and was thinkng “hmm, I thought Stephen was supposed to be on tonight…” But since I never saw him and they never mentioned anything about him, I ended up just turning the tv off at 12am since I was falling asleep anyway. I’m sad (and almost mad) that NBC didn’t air Stephen’s interview until 12:25 since I was hoping this would be his chance to reach a wider audience, but I’m glad they aired it and hope they repeat the fireplace segment during primetime tonight. Never have I seen Bob Costas laugh so hard. Stephen brings out the best laughs in everyone:)
