Fangirl Suit Report – Week of November 30

fangirl-suit-report-logo1
Happy December everyone! It’s my favourite time of the year :D! Also, almost winter break time. Have to say I’m looking forward to it. So sorry this was delayed, just some trouble here, but, nothing TCR/Stephen Colbert can’t make better, right? Right.

Monday, November 30

Black suit, white shirt, gold tie with thick diagonal navy stripes with red outline, barrel cuffs

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • He looked sooo cute today. Oh man.
  • During the interviews, whenever he asks a question, he opens his eyes big, and he looks like a deer. It’s great.
  • “Change in spirit? So nothing.”
  • Need I comment on the BKAL segment? Oh my god. The nuclear-bomb sound effects was AMAZING. I thought Mr. Cirincione was a really fantastic sport also. For some reason the “Oh no – yeah – oh god – yes…” banter at the end was really funny to me.

Stephen Colbert - November 30 2009 - Ploughsharers

Tuesday, December 1

Black pinstripe suit, white shirt, merlot tie with periwinkle and navy diagonal stripes (obnoxious colour names edition, I’m sorry I’m sorry), barrel cuffs.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • I loved the Better Know a Made-Up District. The ridiculous references were just perfect.
  • I dunno about you, but I thought “ET Phone Rome” was pretty funny.
  • Gay-marrying meat on Fridays omg
  • Great and hilarious interview with Mr. Consolmagno.

Stephen Colbert - December 1 2009 - GI Joe

Wednesday, December 2

Black suit with large square pattern, white shirt, cranberry tie with white dot pattern, barrel cuffs.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Man, I hate Scrubs haha.
  • The prophet loves lasagna! :3
  • Cheating Death is one of my favourite segments. As usual, not disappointed. (Ok so maybe I have a little fetish for smoking, leave me alone ~)
  • Rectum? He nearly died.
  • Live + wonder

Stephen Colbert - December 2 2009 - smoking

Thursday, December 3

Black suit, white shirt, blue tie with light grey square pattern, french cuffs with rather interesting cufflinks.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Tiger’s “just do it” approach. hehehehehe.
  • He couldn’t come to Montreal? ;-;
  • “For those of you who don’t have access to a skeleton track, but want a taste of the excitement, just lie down on the sidewalk and crap your pants.”
  • Oh god that sweater.
  • I “aww’d” a little when the speedskater patted rejected-Stephen on the head hahah.

Stephen Colber - December 3 2009

Stephen Colbert - December 3 2009 - Speedskating

Wow, have you increased the pic size for the fangirl suit reports?! I’m loving it…and great choices. I think Stephen looks attractive doing anything including smoking, but that doesn’t tempt me to smoke one bit!

Haha well, when I first started they were this size, then it was recommended that I decrease them, but, I think they’re okay like this? Glad you like them :3
And yes, me neither, it’s just, you know, it’s….sexy… ehehe.

Hey Everybody! this is off subject but I was wondering about cafepress – it’s a website where people can make their own t-shirts, that they can designa and sell. There are a myriad of t-shirts and items with Stephen Colbert sayings plastered all over them but are they valid..I mean, are they just ripping him off or does he get a piece of that action…anybody know?
    Thanks!

The only official merchandise can be found on the ColbertNation.com web site. Anything on Cafepress is not official.

Yeah, i don’t think he gets anything from cafepress, which is unfortunate. But, if you like the stuff on Cafepress, i’d recommend checking out what they have on Zazzle. They have some pretty sweet Prescott shirts.

    Woohoo! Fangirl Suit Report!

I loved the nuclear bomb stuff too. I was absolutely dying laughing! Of course, it was a bit sobering when we talked about the end of WWII in Japan the next day in class…lol.

“Merlot” tie –> veeery nice. ;)

What was with that large square pattern on his suits last week? Kinda weird. I much prefer the pinstripes. ;) Why were the cufflinks so interesting?

Though this is a family friendly blog – that man has one fine ass. And that spandex fit him like a glove. Wow.

My thoughts exactly re: spandex. So fine. *fans herself* :) He makes everything look good!

    What a yummy man.

I love the screencap from the BKAL segment! And I definitely agree with you about how he opens his eyes big and wide when he gets excited asking a question during an interview. It’s *sigh* beyond adorable. :)

I loved the suit he wore on Wednesday’s show! And the tie he wore on Tuesday was quite wonderful as well.

RE: the shameless butt-shot – I’m not going to lie. I enjoyed that picture. Moving on. LOL

I want to reassure you that you are not the only one with a slight smoking-fetish. I can’t explain it. I’m not proud of it. But it was sexy. So there ya go, lol.

“Rectum? He nearly died.” – I am STILL giggling at that joke. Truth.
I have so been looking forward to this report and as usual, you did not disappoint! :)
