It looks like Stephen Colbert is working hard even though the show is off this week, and made a little road trip yesterday. Click through to see what craziness he was up to!

Who was that naughty kid spotted skateboarding through the halls of the Cannon House Office Building on Wednesday? None other than Stephen Colbert, the Comedy Central funnyman, who appeared to be filming a segment for his faux cable-news show, the Colbert Report.Colbert, who has visited the Capitol many times to film his “Better Know a District” interview series in which he spoofily grills Members of Congress, was seen careening down the building’s fourth-floor hallway and giving a high-five to an onlooker.
There were also numerous tipsters from Twitter who twatted about the event, including wsmith722 and chasefisher1.

Skateboarders are hot :) As if it was even possible to Stephen to be any hotter.
ps. Checked out one of the Twitter accounts, the second one met the man. Gotta say, lovin’ the tie he’s wearing in that picture. I love it when he’s wearing a good tie <3

That is so awesome. Definitely can’t wait to see that! I hope he wore an adorkable helmet and elbow/knee pads as well – that would make my day. :P

I wonder if this will be a sequel to Stephen’s old R.A.P.S. segments from back in the day. It was the first thing I thought of when reading Stephen was riding a skateboard.
