Well everybody, Tom DeLay somehow survived the odds and avoided elimination on Dancing With the Stars this week, in order to be able to enjoy a longer stint showcasing his fist-biting mastery. When Stephen talked about DeLay’s appearance on Wednesday, he showed a picture of his oddly clean-cut mugshot. In honor of DeLay’s survival on DwtS this week (and because this segment is awesome), we’re highlighting this closing segment from 2005 in which Stephen shows you how to have as good a mugshot as Tom DeLay.
