What makes me laugh so much about this is the fact that my condo association has very similar rules about holiday decorations and dates. We even got several letters last year warning us that decorations pertaining to any holiday could be put up no more than a month in advance, and had to be taken down no more than 2 or 3 weeks after that holiday, or face a fine. I'm pretty sure I got this letter late last spring and it made me want to put Christmas lights around my windows just to spite them. Why associations of this type sit around and make up such stupid rules like this leads me to believe they have WAY too much spare time on their hands.
