Wowie, folks, this certainly was a week for the books! Among one of the many outstanding facets were the various get-ups Stephen went through, not to mention the haircuts. This week’s FSR will take on a slightly different format, mostly consisting of Additonal Notes and, of course, screencaps. Well, let’s get this show on the road!
OKAY. First let’s talk about that suit. I’m not going to bother telling you the suit he wore each day, because it was the same one. Stephen of course had that gorgeous, custom-made camoflage suit. Paired with that were the beige tie and shirt, barrel cuffs, and those darling combat boots!
P.S. I’ve had to resort to some crazy guerrilla stealth tactics in order to obtain these screencaps… have you noticed CN’s new format for full episodes? it leaves text on the image when you pause it… grumble grumble… These screencaps ain’t easy!

That wraps up this week’s FSR. I hope you’ll take the extra screencaps as an apology for being so obscenely late… Well, let’s cut to the chase. We all know of Stephen’s drastic change in hairstyle, and I’d like to get some of your thoughts. I’m still a little bit in shock, but I’m excited to see it with his usual garb back in the studio. Thoughts? What was your initial reaction?
The screen caps are all so cute! I love the one where they’re trying to push him up over the wall. And the picture of him in the red track suit is so funny and silly.
I love Stephen’s full head of hair and can’t wait until it grows back, but I do love the shaved head. He still looks so cute with it. Plus, I think it’ll be fun to watch it grow back in and see how it gets styled until it’s at it’s regular length and he can style it the way he usually does.

My 1st reaction was “Oh no! Stephen’s hair is gone!” T_T
Then, when he said that he had an ad on the back of his head for Amp, I began to take a liking to it. One thing that’s going to be fun to watch now is how long it’s going to take for all of his hair to grow back.
Yet, all of the segments he played while he was in Iraq, he still had his hair on his head. So that satisfied me. :)
My favorite segment is going to have to be Stephen and Tom Hanks packing USO care packages. Those 2 screencaps are so great. Especially, that one with Stephen getting shaved by Tom is perfect. I just love that expression on Stephen’s face!

every time I see a picture of the long hair I am reminded that the hair is currently short. but then I realize that I know plenty of decent-looking people with short hair, so it shouldn’t be *that* offensive. thanks for all the screencaps!

My initial reaction to the buzz cut was definitely one of shock and worry. I’m not a buzz cut gal, so I was kinda worried about how Stephen would look. But, you know something? It’s hot on him! And he’s still rocking it for sure. It’s growing on me even more now that he’s back from Iraq!

Did anyone else notice that Stephen’s Army ID says that he is enlisted until February 21, 2010? Here’s hoping for more boot camp;) I know it’s unlikely, but I like to believe so.
