Just another day…. with Stephen Colbert!
posted by christopher l. sladeToday at work I ran into Stephen Colbert. From Comedy Central’s “The Colbert Report”. He is one of my favorite comedians. Anyhow, he’s flying to Iraq to do a series, and had a layover at my airport. So I went right in and started chatting with him. Hilarious guy.

Why wouldn’t the troops love him?! He’s simply adorable! And kudos to Soldier Christopher Slade for posting this. I hope we keep getting similar experiences of the soldiers on the internets.

I *thought* they might have left either Wednesday night, or Thursday.
The ‘Thursday’ show was a perfect patchwork quilt of stuff recorded on Monday night (after Monday’s show), and stuff from when David Byrne was on the show.
