Rep. Chaffetz demands a leg wrestling rematch

You’ve seen the “Better Know a District” clip, you know that Stephen Colbert is master of the leg wrestling match, now see the follow up from Rep. Chaffetz. The freshman congressman loved filming his interview, let Stephen give him a facial and, oh yeah, would like to avenge his humiliating loss.

i could not BELIEVE when they started leg wrestling … my sister and her friends did that all the time when they were in college, mostly when they were high (as college kids sometimes do) … it was too funny. i really can’t believe that one of the first things this freshman congressman did was go on TV and leg wrestle. awesome

There were moments when Chaffetz looked incredibly nervous during BKAD but he was a really good sport, and he seems to be a pretty OK guy. This interview is quite refreshing, made him look more human, more real than the other politicians.
And a rematch would definitely be interesting. :)

100%. He did the grits challenge with Obama. A leg fight is next.

I must have lost some brain cells. When did Stephen and Obama have their Grit Off? I remember the kid bringing it up, and I remember Stephen throwing down the gauntlet, but have no recollection of a Grit Off.

Your brain is safe. There was no actual Grit Off. Obama apparently knows how to pick his battles;)

My God, how many older brothers does that guy have! What a huge closet case! And so innocent, he brought up the facial from Stephen himself. And then when they ask him about a bathroom line, he jumps to the idea of “bath buddies.” And it sounds like it was HIS idea to legwrestle. And then the gun thing.
