Looks like the breakneck promotional tour for “A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All” is far from over. Some late breaking news – we’re getting reports that Stephen Colbert will be on Terry Gross’s “Fresh Air” program on NPR on Wednesday, November 19th.

Nov. 19· Stephen Colbert dons a thirsty white sweater, a red turtleneck and the furriest boots he can find for his upcoming Christmas special on Comedy Central.

    is there a variation in the showtimes? if I were home at all tomorrow I would just listen using the streaming on the website.

    (that would be a way someone could record it if NPR doesn’t do that itself.)

      It depends on where you live. In NYC, it’ll be on the AM band at one time and the FM band at a different time.
      npr.org has a detailed list of cities/towns and the call letters of the local radio stations that carry NPR – that would be the best place to find out.

    I love Stephen on Fresh Air!!! Those interviews are always in rotation on long road trips.
