How DARE you! Of COURSE it was live! Didn’t Stephen’s phone calls to Warren Beatty and Annette Bening prove that to you? :)

(Also, if you’re still in doubt … I was in the Colbert Report studio for that one, and it was *so* rockin’ awesome live. Stephen and Jon are absolute treasures.)

Me too Dee! I’ve rarely seen such a personal element of Stephen come into play on the show. I just loved it and look forward to seeing them together again. I hope it will be emotional and gushy…especially right after the election:)

I think that episode gave me an inkling of why Stephen is such a great man. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

I’ve thought the same thing, Laaaura! I love Rachel’s new show. I think she’s the best of the MSNBC line-up. It’ll be fun to see her go toe to toe with Stephen.

I’ve been watching Rachel Maddow’s show a lot recently, and have been wondering why she hasn’t been on TCR. So I was pleasantly surprised to see that she will finally be on as guest! Also glad to see that Andrew Young will be on again!
