I went searching and found this much out: The car belongs to Gerri Fine who works for Vinyl Images, Inc., of Fenton Missouri. Apparently Fellers is the company that makes car wraps (along with lots of other promo items) and then they have dealers all over the country that they certify to install their products. I couldn’t find an email address for Ms. Fine, but the company website is here: http://vinylimagesinc.com//Home.htm It would be fun to talk to Gerri and find out her story :)
