Hey, Zoners, I’m sorry to be so late with the poll. As you may have noticed, NFZ was down for a few hours last night. I was unable to log-in during that time and prepare the post. Those darn bears!
So, what did you think of the show? The highlights of the episode for me were Stephen’s dismayed stockbroker photos and the interview with Oliver Stone. Stone has a good sense of humor, and I loved it when Stephen asked him if “W” is a great movie or the greatest movie.
I was thrilled to see Tom Purcell on the show again. I wonder how many times Stephen will shoot that poor “audience member.” It’s been fun to watch so far.
Please feel free to share your thoughts about this episode in the comments. You may also wish to add a write-in vote for something not included in the poll.
I liked the jazz saxophone comments, but I had to go with the stockbroker photos because I have been getting annoyed by this pattern and Stephen’s take on them is a ton more fun, of course!

Great show. I was cracking up the whole way through. I was so excited to see David Gergen! He was the guest on the very first episode I ever ever saw! <:D *memories*

I loved the stockbroker poses as well. After the town hall meeting and the gallvanized weather stripping, I was hoping for something more tonight, but I knew it couldn’t go on forever. I would have enjoyed the Oliver Stone interview a little more if Mr. Stone really spoke his mind rather than played along with Stephen’s character.

The Stone interview was great, but it was really difficult to know if he was kidding or not… I mean I’m sure he was, but he was so convincing!

I know I say this about darned near everything Stephen says and does, but I thought he was so cute when he was listening to the jazz clips. And I loved his comment about how it’s not genius if it actually sounds like music. :)

Sorry you had so much trouble, Jenny. I blame Gilbert Gottfried. I hated his Atone Phone segment so much that from now on, I’m going to blame him for everything that’s wrong in the world.
reCAPTURE: unpoetical 5. I’m TOTALLY naming a band that…
