Stephen Colbert at the Race for the Cure in Central Park

Stephen Colbert was up early this morning, running with his family in the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure in Central Park. WCBS Channel 2 got a quick interview with Stephen, and the video is beyond sweet. Watching Stephen’s daughter, Madeline, giggle behind him at his hangover joke is just precious. And it’s wonderful to see that Stephen supports so very many worthy causes.

that so cool! what an excellent cause indeed! I also love to see the wriststrong even at such a “serious” event! it looks like they had a beautiful day!

although I think Stephen should not be hard on himself re his physique; he looks fine!

This video brightened my day. I love it that Stephen does so much to help others. It makes me like and respect him even more, if that’s possible.

It’s always such a treat to see him out of character. What a great guy!

I was also happy to see that he was Wriststrong at this event.

As a survivor, I’ve benefited greatly from people who’ve donated time and money to research. Thanks to Stephen, his family, and everyone else. Huge progress has been made in the battle with breast cancer.

Ladies, get your friggin’ mammograms! It saved my life.

Early Sunday morning…that’s dedication, especially when it looks and sounds like Colbert’s still sick.

I know what you mean, but I think people often sound like they have a cold when it’s still early in the morning…especially if they aren’t used to getting up that early. I know that I always sounds like that in the morning.

In short, I hope Stephen’s not sick and that he just has that groggy morning voice….or hangover voice:)

As a matter of fact, when *I *get up too early, I look/sound pretty rough. But since he sounded crappy before the week off, I just extrapolated. Hope I’m wrong.

Be not sick, Colbert! :D

recaptch=indeed please… lol

ARGH!! I can’t watch the video! :( My new broadband has a parental lock on that I can’t get rid of (even though I’m 26), and it thinks that site with the video is unsuitable for me! :D

Anyone got any other links to it? Youtube?
