Most of this site looks familiar, as it looks pretty much like the official Comedy Central video site has for a while. But it’s cleaner than the old video site used to be, it’s got more video features, and most importantly, it’s got a “Community” page where it looks like they’re working on some kind of social networking for the fans. (And thanks for the link, guys! Much appreciated, and I’m quite honored!)

also did you see the videos? they have all the different segments off to the side! I searched “Nas” and I got a video where Nas was mentioned in the interview from recently, but the word “Nas” wasn’t even a tag. if that works in general, that is amazing searchability.

To log in/sign up, you can click at the tiny link on the top right of the page…which took me 10 minutes to notice. And apparently I already had an account, but it still wants me to verify it and I don’t know whether it’s from the colboards or the daily show/comedy central website because I use the same login and password for all of them.
*edit* it’s from my comedy central login…forgot I had that one…

Wow, wish I could view it, but it crashes Flash in linux 100% of the time, and brings Firefox down with it. Flash is known to be horrible on Linux, but some usability testing by Comedy Central would be appreciated!

Wow! That’s…different! The only thing that bothers me is how much it looks like the main Comedy Central page at first glance, but it seems to be very in-depth and awesome! Love the link lovin’ ^-^ I love that the members get profile pages and communities.
I did notice that the BKAD map doesn’t have everything highlighted. Phil Hare’s district does’t show up.

If memory serves me, this was the one with the non-functioning lamp box, or something like it, a very good delivery about doing something with a lit cigar, and I think the introduction to the crazy japanese lizard game.

I don’t see any links to a message board but there were people expressing dismay over the possibility of the colboard going away. Aegis posted that the colboard was not going away and had not been forgotten but wasn’t willing to say anything more at the time. I think he’s got some inside info.
The new site is awesome!!!!! And I’m digging the NFZ love! I’ve registered there under the name “votequimby” which is the one I use on the colboard.

Thanks for letting me know Michele. I haven’t even been able to see any feedback at all at the new ColbertNation.Com. I guess maybe I’m not computer savvy enough on the new site yet. I hope Aegis has a plan to bring back the colboard somehow. I will miss it if it goes away entirely. At least I have the NFZ and the new Colbert Report site so I can watch videos I haven’t seen.
