This has nothing to do with this post … but I have tickets to the Colbert Report on Sept 15th, next Monday (SO EXCITED!)
I have a t-shirt that says “Stephen can “Better Know” me anytime!” … and it would make my life if he could just write “You’ve been better known” or “Consider yourself better known” on it, for real. I know the Q&A audience portion is the only real place to talk to him and it won’t happen there …. what about waiting after the taping for him to come out? I’m willing to wait a few hours. Has anyone been able to meet him afterwords or can give me advice on this?

That’s hilarious that he commented on the bearskin hats Her Majesty’s Guards wear; I had just read an item the other day about Ricky Gervais objecting to those, and my first thought was, “Well, I’m betting Stephen doesn’t have a problem with it.” Too funny!
