CONSUMER ALERT: I Am America (And So Can You!) Wall Calendar

A few days ago we posted about the I Am America (And So Can You!) Wall Calendar being available along side the 365-Day desk calendar. I just got a message from Twitterer/Zoner ToPaintSunlight:
Warning: got Colbert ‘wall’ calendar from calendars.com and it was the ‘desk’ calendar I already got. Alert the media!
So if you were planning on buying both – you may end up with two desk calendars! Ack! Sorry about the confusion, guys, seriously!

lol, this is weird i had ordered both calenders the same day, and 4 days ago i got the desk calendar, today i was so excited my brother had told me “hey you got another package in the mail”. I got home and the box seemed a little too small for the wall calender, and yes low and behold it was another desk calender lol, but hey its just more of stephen to love. Now i have one for work and one for home.

Yes, it is a page a day. All excerpts from the book and then maybe additional stuff…not sure, as I’m going to wait until 2009 to actually read more of it. :)

The pictures in the 365 desk calendar are the pics in the book. I was excited about the wall calendar because I thought the pictures from the book would be bigger and glossy/in color. The desk calendar is cute and very funny but I really don’t need that level of redundancy in my life…so I’m going to return one of them.

I ordered them both that day. I have my original receipt from Calendars.com that said “Wall Calendar” but of course they sent me the Desk and changed the description on their website. I have emailed them to see what happened and will let you guys know if I hear from them. I guess I will end up returning my other one.

Unfortunately, we had it described wrong on our website from the beginning. We only have the Stephen Colbert Desk calendars at this time. I, personally, am a huge fan and am a bit dissapointed as well. If you wish to receive a full refund and keep the calendar, please let me know and I can take care of that for you.
