Klassic Kolbert: Episode 3023 (2/14/2007)
By
I’m super jazzed about the Tour de France starting up. My sweet Life Partner Du Jour and I love to watch the races and cheer for our favorite teams. In honor of the great race, I bring you this episode, featuring a deliciously awkward interview with Lance Armstrong. And it also features one of my favorite naughty lines from the show: “I say, stay out of our sex lives, New York City Subway system. There’s only one “C” train to ride in my bedroom, and you’re looking at it. All aboard! Next stop Canal street.”

I’m not sure if he was trying to make a reference to SWC, but everytime I hear the word “jazzed”, I can’t help but think of Jimmy Tickles in the “Jerri’s Burning Issue” episode.

DB, thank you for continuing to do the Klassic Kolbert episode posts. They definitely make a difference during show hiatus weeks.
The NYC condom segment was my favorite part of this episode. I love the way Stephen responded to the audience members who didn’t like his canal street joke.
