You may recall that we linked an article from Foreign Policy last month that was either (1) a genuine attempt to correct the omission of Stephen Colbert from the list of the “World’s Top Public Intellectuals” or (2) a shameless example of pandering to the Colbert Nation’s desire to see Stephen atop rankings lists.
