VIDEO: Stephen Colbert clip from ‘The Love Guru’
ByDB linked a lot of reviews from The Love Guru already, but if you want just a taste of Stephen’s work, the MTV Movies Blog has hooked us up:
EXCLUSIVE: ‘The Love Guru’ Starring Justin Timberlake…And Stephen Colbert?
Published by Josh Horowitz on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at 11:52 am.. . .
Check out our exclusive clip below.
It’s too bad that this doesn’t include some of Stephen’s more “cracked out” moments but, hey, it’s video! Who are we to complain?

Try accessing the clip via a proxy. I like ultra-surf. It’s chinese, and generally works very well.
Good luck.

Sorry, AmandaIvy and Chica!
It’s still playing fine for me, so I’m not sure what to tell you (and I don’t remember embedding video from MTV before, so I don’t know whether it’s region-locked). If I see it anywhere else, I’ll add a link, but this is all I’ve seen for now.

I went to the MTV page as well and it won’t play for me there either. Hopefully it’ll pop up on the Internets somewhere else, if I can’t get it to play.

HAHA YES! VICTORY!
Ahem… (I finally got it to play)
I’m pretty sure it’s my internet connection. It’s being sketchy today, and for some reason some sites will be totally fine one minute, and the all of a sudden I’m not able to connect to it.
Looks like I’m dropping a nice chunk of change at the movie theater this weekend, but oh well. I think it’s worth it, for this and “Get Smart”

Yeah, that little delay after the joke, but before the laugh is good.

not a whole lot of movies get made about hockey…and as a black hockey fan to have a black lead playing hockey is just icing on the cake..

Truth be known, I was actually an Anson Carter fan for quite some time.

it’s clear there’s more, so if all of that is shown, that’s enough airtime to make me want to maybe see it!
alone. with no friends to tell me what a waste of money it was.

Aww… my friends and I love stupid movies.
It’s not as much of a waste of money if you sneak snacks in. Seemingly bottomless purses are a godsend (or pockets, if you’re a guy).
It’s gotten to the point of being almost a competition between our friends, of the best thing snuck into a theater. The previous record was a whole pizza, each slice individually wrapped and put in a purse, but I think we blew that record away with a whole box of 12 donuts and four 20 oz bottles of soda.
Sshh…

I won’t tell. I can’t believe you got away with so much. I work at a grocery store, so I’ll probably buy stuff there cheaper than I’d pay at the theatre.
