Hee! That was my question about whether or not we could ever hope of having Stephen on the Office.

When I went to a TCR taping, I had asked Stephen if he’d ever take a role on the Office, and he told me to talk to Steve Carell about that… and so this worked out well.

I’d love to see Stephen on the Office. I’d also love to see Steve on TCR. I’ll cross my fingers and hope!

Steve’s going to be on Letterman Tuesday and Kimmel Thursday as well.
Oh, and Regis and Kelly Wednesday. I was so hoping he was going to be on “The Report” this time around, but I guess not.

its always a pleasant surprise when you have something in common with a big star, in this case, an appreciation of carrel and colbert!

i also listen 2 the NPR interview. i’m glad that stewart changed the thrust of TDS. I wouldn’t have enjoyed the old TDS.

I seriously think my favorite part of the Moviefone interview is at the very end when they’re cutting out; Anne Hathaway says, “I was gonna be really inappropriate and ask if you’ve ever farted on set and either denied it or blamed it on anyone else,” and Steve can only respond, “Oh my God!” That’s just … there are no words. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!

I love it so much that Anne is an it-getter. I agree Lisa, it was funny that Steve had no idea why she was talking about Doritos.

I vaguely remember seeing an online petition (some time last year) asking that Stephen be cast in a guest starring role on “The Office” as Jan’s ex-husband.

Steve and Anne are such a good team. A lot of times the Unscripted interviews are kind of one sided, especially when one of them is a comedian, and the other isn’t, but they’re great together.

Anne Hathaway has to be one of my favorite actresses- especially now. I love that she’s such a fan of both Steve and Stephen. (And I loved her shoes.)

I really really REALLY hope that either Steve or Stephen can appear on the other’s show at some point. That would be amazing on so many levels.

Anne Hathaway: It-Getter! Ha! I loved that she mentioned the Doritos campaign and Steve had no idea what she was talking about. I have a newfound respect for her.

Please, please, PLEASE have Stephen on The Office!! How incredibly awesome would that be? I could so see him playing Jan’s ex-husband and he and Steve having some sort of tiff. I’m laughing just thinking about the possibility.

Steve is always the consummate professional and it still amazes me how down-to-earth he is. From everything I’ve read, it sounds like him signing on to play Maxwell Smart was a huge draw for everyone involved. Who can blame them? He oozes talent and charisma… Can’t wait to see Get Smart!
