From the Associated Press:
McCaskill to appear on Colbert show
WASHINGTON | Sen. Claire McCaskill will trade wits with comedian Stephen Colbert next week when she appears as a guest on his popular Comedy Central show.
The Missouri Democrat says she’s doing it as a birthday gift for her 19-year-old-daughter, who is a big fan of the program.
Colbert is known for making politicians squirm while he interrogates them in the guise of a pompous conservative talk show host.
McCaskill is not known for being bashful, but concedes the laughs might come at her expense.
She says it’s a unique gift to let her daughter watch Colbert poke fun at her mom.
aww that’s sweet of her. has she written a book recently or is a superdelegate endorsing someone or something?

Haha. I know what you mean, but if nothing else, her daughter will probably have the chance to meet Stephen.
