Good God. It’s days like this that I love blogging so I can find beautiful things like this to share.

I like his hair like that; it’s really too bad it has to be shellacked for the show.

    • prazzledazzle says:

Amen! I love the whole messy, curly thing. Just like in his Second City/ Daily Show days.
btw- I call his shellacked look his “helmet”. teehee :)

      • jawz says:

Stephen almost looks like an entirely different person without his sturdy hair helmet. I wish he could wear it in this casual fashion on the show, but it would definitely not go with the “Stephen” character. =[

    Isn’t Rain in “Speed Racer?”

    Adorable photo . . .

    • DB says:

Yes ma’am. Rain is on a promo tour for “Speed Racer”, which is why he came to NYC on his way to London for the premiere there, or promotion, or something.

I totally thought that the Rain dance off would’ve aired last Thursday when in the TOC, Stephen mentioned doing a segment on movies. I knew Rain was in “Speed Racer”. Foiled again!

God, is he good-looking. I also like his hair like that.

He must’ve brought his kids to see that. I kept hearing things about this movie “Speed Racer,” and I only just saw a commercial for it today. It looks really good!

LOL … My chewing gum fell out of my mouth! I don’t know if it was because of the picture but it occurred at the exact same time I looked at it.

I agree with Ms I, I like his hair better in the more natural look rather than plastered into place.

  7. Laaaura says:

Oh yeah, I just checked out gettyimages, and his whole family went. omg are his kids adorable!

They are adorable! Those are the first pictures that I’ve seen of them in a long time, and they’re getting so big!

It’s just the kind of thing that makes you say “Awww!”

Is there a link to the gettyimages so i can see them? Please post.

      • AmandaIvy says:

Just go to gettyimages.com and type his name into the search. They should be the first there.

Hey guys, you might want to check out No Fact Zone Site FAQ #3. We do our best to respect the privacy of Stephen’s family, and that especially applies to his kids.

I’m sure we’ll be fine, but let’s be mindful of our conversations and continue to keep this discussion at a respectful level. Thanks! Carry on.

With apologies for the language – HOLY CRAP! The smile – Yes! The hair – love it. No tie, open collar – nice. But it’s the eyes. The twinkle just makes my heart happy.

    That picture is miiighty fine.
Whenever I see the phrase ‘Eye candy’ though, I’ll always be reminded of Torchwood… damn you BBC!

  14. zonkbert says:

Honestly, I liked his hair a lot during the Conan feud, when he was holding the chucks and dancing around his rivals Bruce Lee style. It was a moment that looked like Colbert could really kick someone’s.. behind. :)

Nice guy Colbert is still nice, tho.

  15. gina24 says:

colbert’s casual look is improving. :o)
non-shellacked hair is a plus. in iaa(ascy) he looks almost plastic sometimes (back cover) but i think that was the effect he wanted-to not look real.

  16. Eris says:

GUH!!! How can he keep getting hotter like that! whew. *takes cold shower*

  17. izzie says:

I loved his hair then too. I think the first thing I noticed was his cowlick and lack of glasses.

I thought his hair also looked cute when he wore the Roman outfit, with his bangs brushed down his forehead. Really tho, he could have a mohawk and still look good :)

Sigh! Eye candy indeed! What a lovely way to start a Sunday morning.

My Recaptcha words were “Surely Rosamond”! Sounds like the first line of an Eleanor Lavish novel

My goodness! No one should be allowed to be that talented and that good looking. Lucky for us there aren’t any such restrictions :)

Thanks for adding beauty to my day.

  23. ColbertFaninChicago says:

W&M-NU — is that a meta- Jon and Stephen reference?

Shout Out (Hey!): Thumb up 0

    • W&M_NU says:

Yes and no, ColbertFan. It is a tribute to the college years of my two favorite satirists. But, I actually have degrees from both William & Mary and Northwestern, as well. For the record, I also grew up in central New Jersey, not too far from Jon. Just a few happy coincidences, I guess.

  24. jam says:

a good picture to add to my collection that I’m using to one day acquire rimless glasses. (or, frameless, as Stephen once said) The other reference I’m using is IAAASCY. I might need to bring my copy also to the barber and get it cut the same way.

(I watched the last bit before the release of IAAASCY and come to find out I’ve missed out on some Stephen cosplay)
