Oh my God, I just found some time to listen to these and I almost died laughing at his impression of John Edwards at the beginning of Part 7. His impersonation of the western North Carolina accent is spot on. Being from western NC I have to listen to that accent every day of my life (ranging from family members, to co-workers, to classmates), even though I don’t have one, but to hear Stephen with that accent nearly had me doubled over in laughter.

So great to hear Stephen speaking to such an animated, adoring audience that really appreciates his wit and sense of humor. The Q&A really reflected his quick wit and ability to connect to whomever he is speaking to at that moment. I wish I were Chen Chen…who was so nice they named her twice:)

Thank you so much! This is now one of my top Stephen moments not on the show. I think I may have seen The Colbert Report too many times though because I was imagining what the Bullet was saying during his Word segment. And great questions from the UB people. Definitely lots of people from The Nation there. Much better questions than reporters ever ask him during interviews.
