Video: Stephen Colbert on ‘The Today Show’ this morning

I love that the crew at The Today Show couldn’t stop laughing throughout the segment (even when Stephen *totally* snarked on them …). And c’mon, a “Singin’ in Korean” rebroadcast?! That’s just made of “win” (as I believe the kids are sayin’)!

Thanks, Gabby. That Slate article is actually talking about the same book that we posted the Salon review from last weekend, but it does look interesting.
The Obama letter it references is a hoot. I remember when he wrote it in 2006 for the Knox College speech bit; good times.

That was great! I agree with you MSI, the fact that the crew was laughing so hard in the background was too funny. It made the appearance even better.

Ahh, *LOVES*. And I *heart* how he was desperately trying not to laugh at his “Singin in Korean” vid, lol. And the end? Just pure awesome. SO GLAD this was posted, too. I heard about it, but totally missed it, so, yeah, um, THANKS!

@Shruti. Yea, Eliot was on the Report on, I think, the 13th of February, the night before he met up with good ol’ whatshername. He did something along the lines of promising to put a good word in for Stephen.
I love how Stephen just assumes power at the end. And I can’t help but to wonder what exactly all of those people without cable or ignorant of Colbert thought of him, like what’s his deal?
