Steve Carell was on Ellen yesterday to promote his new movie, Horton Hears a Who. While there, he discussed the Oscars, being on The Daily Show with Ellen’s brother and his days as a mailman. Enjoy!

I know, you would think we would know that Vance and Ellen are sibs, they look a lot alike when you think about, same last name… next to stephen, vance is my favorite all time tds correspondent.

Saw this yesterday and felt sad that he didn’t mention Stephen at all when talking about TDS because it was Stephen who told Jon about Steve :(
But there was a time during which Stephen had limited appearance on TDS b/c of SWC and that was around the 2000 Election, so maybe when thinking back to that, it didn’t factor in.

I always love hearing Steve talk about Stephen, too. But let’s face it, Steve has a wonderful career of his own, and he’s had the opportunity to work with a LOT of remarkable people; we can’t really expect things to be all about Stephen all the time. (Which is probably for the best, or I’d never get anything done aside from keeping up with this blog!)

Yeah. I really love Steve’s work. It’s just I couldn’t help but to feel slightly shocked as a massive fan of Stephen’s work, especially TDS.
Maybe that means I need to stop watching so much tv?

McCain knew who Bjork was?! Yet another reason to ‘Stop Hating McCain’. Doesn’t mean I’ll vote for him though.

If you go to the Redlasso link provided by MS I rather than watching the embedded video on NFZ, there are more Steve Carell vids. His Today Show appearance was very funny. His latest appearance on TDS is there too.
