Whaaa??? It looks like it might be an outtake from something else. Again, not really able to focus on anything; too busy looking at those legs!

Ok what was that about? Oh yeah I forgot I can now view those clips that I have never seen. I’ve only been watching The Daily Show for about 1 1/2 years now. Writer’s strike is over so I can now go over there and view them.

I shouldn’t have been surprised – OF COURSE Stephen can tap dance. No idea what this is about, but it’s great!

Does anyone know what date this clip originally aired on TDS? I would like to go to TDS web site and see what else happened on the show that night. It might give me a better frame of reference for what I just saw. This clip is so wonderfully odd and yes, Stephen does have good legs.

@One of the Heroes: I did a search and it says it was on 10/17/01.

Was it something to do with the story he did that night about the Girls Gone Wild stuff – I can’t get that particular video to play for me… it’s forever “loading” but didn’t he do something in a wet suit involving the wet T-shirt contest?

addendum: It was a Moment of Zen.

@Gaia Faye and Madmoll
Thanks for the airdate.
This video reminds me of the Moment of Zen they showed the day Stephen went on TDS to announce that he was thinking of running for President (Meryl Streep was the guest that night). This has the same quirkiness to it.

There are lots of great vids from ‘99. (But they’re missing that Summer Spectacular thing) There’s even a Craig vid that’s mis-tagged as 1/11/99.
For a great time, search “Another World”, “Boo Berry”, and “THERsday for the Ladies”

@Fifi
Thank you so much for pointing out those clips. I love, love, love the “Another World” clip and am very sad that we no longer have “Thersday for the Ladies.”

This man can do every dance known to man! I know people tell him he’s white…but are they sure of it? ;)

So tap dancing too? Is there anything the man can’t do? Loved that clip although I found myself staring at his legs too. Nice!

@truthiness89
I’ve heard that Stephen is white but he’s taught me to not see color so I’ll have to take your word for it. :-)
@fifi
Thanks for pointing out these videos. I am going to watch them right now.

Coming from someone who took tap for several years and can tell when people are faking it, it does seem like he actually knows how to tap dance. Wow. Awesome.

My God. I bet he can juggle too.

EEEEEEEeeeeeEEEEEEeeeee!!!! :D:D:D
I *love* tap dancing! It’s one of those activities that somehow always makes you feel happy when you’re doing it.
Tho dancing in the flippers make the dance sound more soft shoe than tap.
Nice gams, babe…;D
