Video: Stephen Colbert, “Music Man”
ByWhee! Jennie is pointing out all sorts of goodies from MotherLoad that we had to forego during the strike. Here’s a delightful little piece featuring Stephen doing his usual, er, song and dance.
He’s got rhythm, he’s got music … how could we ask for anything more?

Oh, I loved that! Everything he does with music is wonderful. What a nice reminder of stuff I haven’t seen in a while. He’s the shreddingest, hip-hoppiest, most patriotic, Koreanesque, Country, MTVest, jazziest man ever! Too fun!

Aww haha, I love it! Who’s that he’s playing the guitar with? Does anyone know when that episode aired? I’ve never seen that one.

Just wonderful! Nothing makes me smile faster than watching Stephen sing and dance. Although it’s missing my favorite heart-stopping moment where Stephen and John Hall harmonize “Dance With Me” *sigh*.

@Laaaura
He’s playing guitar with Neil Young. And according to the episode guide, it aired 8/17/06.

If they sold a “Best Of ‘The Colbert Report’ DVD – Music Edition”, for $9.95 or something, I would totally buy it.
