I have only seen this info posted over at FOX News (and the post itself contains errors, like the misspelling of Jon Stewart’s name), but …

Maybe it’s because now Huckabee’s claiming that Jim Cramer made Mike Huckabee.

UPDATED TO ADD: Yep, it looks like he’s going to be there. Maybe Stephen can explain to Mr. Huckabee the correct way to spell his (Stephen’s) name while he’s there.
