Let’s put some faces to all of those “Colbert Report” fans who support the writers. Here’s what you need to do:

    1) Print out this poster: Operation Superstantial Truthiness

    (Or, if you don’t have Adobe Reader, print out the JPG on 8 1/2″ x 11″)

    2) Take a picture of you holding a copy of the poster. (Be creative, and smile, darn you, smile!)

    3) Add this picture of your bright and shiny mug to this Flickr group: Flickr Group: Operation Superstantial Truthiness

    (To add a pic to the Flickr group, you join the group by signing into Flickr and then clicking the link at the a href=”http://www.flickr.com/groups/ost/”>group’s main page. Then go back to your personal pictures, open one, and click on “Send to Group” and send it to the group. It’s that easy!)

We’ll see how this goes, but I’d love to see many, many bright and shining faces showing the writers, the TCR staff, and most importantly the AMPTP that we are the Colbert Nation, and we love our writers!

Get the word out to your message boards, your LJ groups, and your blogs. I’ll be putting a widget in the sidebar to feature the pictures, so let’s do this, folks!
