And how exactly do you save videos from youtube? Because I know this will disappear. First video I’ve wanted to keep.

To save a youtube video, use keepvid.com
Enter the URL to the video into the textbox and click “download”. Right-click the link that appears and choose “Save as”. Rename the file with a .flv extension
(The video URL can be obtained by clicking the menu button on the lower-right corner of the video, then the “Copy to Clipboard” button under “url”)

I use a free web site called “Keep Vid” to download You Tube and Daily Motion Videos. Go to http://www.keepvid.com.
I know this video will be removed as soon as the powers that be find out about it. That is why I check out You Tube daily. I snatch things before they disappear.

Christ I love him!
I was telling Kinesthesia today, I’m almost as jealous of that girl who danced with him on this video as I am of the woman he was dancing with during Indecision 2004 (you know, where his hand wanders?). Great video.

One thing my husband noted (ah yeah, I guess maybe that might prohibit me from carrying out sentence #1 of this comment) is that the audience seemed to be mostly men? Anyone who has attended a taping, what is the male/female split?

ColbertFan: I too noticed that there seemed to be mostly men in the audience. I’ve been to a few tapings, and usually there’s a better mix of men and women. I don’t know if it’s a 50-50 deal, but there wasn’t an imbalance great enough for me to notice it.

ColbertFaninChicago: The one time I went, it was a pretty fair balance, though I was surrounded by other females. There did seem to be a lot of guys in the audience; sometimes I forget he has male fans too! :D
