I love love love Dolly Parton. All the cheesiness and sequins and everything; she’s just wonderful. I actually went to a concert of hers some time ago, and I’ve got to say that she’s one of the best performers imaginable – there’s a warmth and exuberance to her personality that fills up an auditorium like you wouldn’t believe.
Amy mentioned meeting Dolly in a Q&A she did a few weeks back, but I’d forgotten to look for the video. Nice to see it posted here.
