(Andy Kropa/AP)Comedy Central has scheduled three weeks of “theme week” repeats for “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” and “The Colbert Report” with Stephen Colbert, as the writers for both shows conclude their first week on the picket lines.
At the headquarters for “The Colbert Report” in New York, production staff members who are not in the writers’ guild spent time this week playing the video game Guitar Hero and having a bake-off, according to a staffer who asked not to be identified.
