Steven Carell is a Golden Globe-winning and Emmy-nominated American comedian, actor, producer and writer, who rose to fame as a correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, from 1999 to 2004. Since 2005, he has starred in the popular American version of the television sitcom The Office, as main character Michael Scott. He has starred and co-starred in several notable films including Bruce Almighty, Anchorman, The 40-Year Old Virgin, Little Miss Sunshine and Evan Almighty.
