Stephen Colbert needs an “Obama Girl”

I popped over to ColbertNation.com this morning to see whether the petition to add Stephen as a candidate for the Democratic Party had been added yet but, alas, I saw no sign of the petition there.

What I did see was a call for applicants to be Stephen’s Obama Girl. Now *that* could be funny! From Avery’s post:

But so I’ve been thinking a lot about Stephen running, and reading up on the requirements for candidacy. I found some links on the internet, and one of the requirements this year is that if you are running for president, you need to have a video in which you sing about how awesome it would be if the candidate was president. For instance, there is a woman named Obama Girl, and also a woman named Giuliani Girl; both of them want their candidates to win, so they made music videos about it. Check it out!

I spent some time looking for a “Colbert Girl” or “Stephen’s Obama Girl” but I couldn’t find anything. If you see anything let me know!
