PREVIEW: Nathan Sawaya on ‘The Colbert Report’

Lego scupltor Nathan Sawaya is scheduled to be tonight’s guest on ‘The Colbert Report’. Sawaya has some great Lego mosaics on his web site – I wonder if he’ll feature a new one tonight? Here’s some Lego tributes to Stephen that have been featured in the past:

    A different type of lego art… but if you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend The Brick Testament.

    I call it Colbert related because it’s a work in progress to portray all the stories of the bible in Legos.

    Maybe something for the Zeitgeist?

    HIGHLY eclectic is the best way to describe this year’s lineup for the eighth annual New Yorker Magazine Festival, set for Oct. 5-7. Among its components will be conversations with Steve Carell, Steve Martin, Bill Nighy and opera director Peter Sellars.
