Television satirist Stephen Colbert, right, of “The Colbert Report,” opens his arms to rain-soaked fans during an interview on RiverDogs Radio, at a Charleston RiverDogs minor league baseball game, Saturday, July 7, 2007, in Charleston, S.C. In a promotion for the new Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, “Stephen Colbert’s AmeriCone Dream,” Colbert threw out the ceremonial “first pint” to Ben & Jerry’s Jerry Greenfield. Colbert is donating his portion of the proceeds from the sale of the ice cream to the AmeriCone Dream Fund, a non-profit endeavor to benefit children, veterans and the environment, with a portion of funds benefiting the families of firefighters who died in the recent tragedy in Charleston. Look at those legs! I have a thing for legs… I could look at those for quite a while… :sigh:
On a much more moral note – Colbert is donating his portion of the proceeds from the sale of the ice cream to the AmeriCone Dream Fund, the first of which will go to the families of the firefighters who were killed recently in a fire in Charleston Nice to hear where some of the money is going, and this is a worthy cause.

That’s wonderful that the money from the fund is going back to Charleston. Makes me want to go to the store and buy some more Americone Dream.

I get a kick out of the way the second photo illustrates Stephen’s eagerness to (quite literally) embrace his fans. He’s such a love-junkie! :)
