Alchemist Media was in New York this week, presenting at the Search Engine Strategies conference. Jessie Stricchiola spoke on Ad Copy & Landing Page Clinic while Jonah Stein spoke on Search and Privacy.

In between sessions and networking events, we got a chance to see a taping of The Colbert Report hosted by Stephen Colbert. During the Q&A period before the show, Stephen said he would like to rank first on Google for Giant Brass Balls. Well—that just seemed way too easy, so we decided to do some keyword research and find other words that the show could rank for…

A quick check on Google shows he doesn’t even rank for Truthiness, a word he invented. So, Colbert Nation, we are not -ahem- suggesting a Google Bombing campaign… but isn’t it time to start linking to the Greatest Living American?

Google seems to like site, so we’ll see what we can do about that little request. And he is listed #1 for having giant brass cojones.

  1. Yes, Stephen has giant brass cojones, but the site they are linked on is SFFate, not Colbert Nation. Take down that link and point to Stephen!!!

Google is rewarding the link and the link description.
