2006 Person of The Year: Stephen Colbert 75 min Main Show

From amongst a field of strong contenders, only one person truly changed the face of comedy in 2006: Stephen Colbert. Join us as we honor him with our Person of the Year award. ( more )

In these confusing and often uncertain times, Americans need one thing more than anything else: to learn the “truthiness.” And in 2006, one person more than any other met that need, and that person is Stephen Colbert. From his daring (and hilarious) speech at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner to his “green screen challenges,” Colbert raised the bar for making us laugh this year. In recognition of these and countless other moments of hilarity, USCAF is proud to present Colbert with our Person of the Year Award, an honor which ensures his rightful place in the annals of comedic genius.

Fri, Mar 2 9:00 pm St. Regis Aspen Ballroom

If you’ve any chance to get there, check out the Festival Website for ticket packages and other box office info including discounts for local residents.
