“Shock Productions” films in Sacramento Film Festival

If you live in Sacramento, CA, you can see the rare short films produced by Shock Productions in a public venue with real people! They are being featured in the Shiny Objects/Fools Foundation film festival. The films being screened are:

• January 5th- Wheels of Fury – 7pm
• January 19th- Shock Asylum – 7pm (a MUST SEE!)
• January 26th- Beyond the Door – 7pm

For those of you who consider yourselves hard core fans (or those of you who just like avant gard comedy), you seriously need to check out the Shock Productions short films directed by Dan Dinello and featuring Stephen Colbert, Paul Dinello and Amy Sedaris. Go to the Shock Productions site and spend $20 on this DVD. The “Shock Asylum” short alone is worth the price of the whole DVD, and the other stories are great, too.

For Stephen Colbert fans, this is a Holy DVD of Obligation and ranks up there in Obscure Fan Memorabilia with “Wigfield” and “Exit 57″ bootlegs.
