Here’s a collection of articles and blurbs about Colbert in the daily zeitgeist:
- Colbert Gives Tip of the Hat to JK Rowling – Canmag.com
- Jon Stewart Apologizes to Geraldo – CrooksandLiars.com
- Perspective: Teen’s warning on the gospel of Wikipedia – CNET News.com
- The Daily Show: August 10, 2006 – TV Squad waxes philosophical about Colbert’s appearance on The Daily Show
- Löket az országimázsnak – BEJEGYZÉSEK (I have no idea what this site says whatsoever except that there’s a link to this blog there and apparently it has something to do with the bridge. Apparently this is where my Hungarian visitors are coming from.)
- All Terrorism All the Time: Fear Becomes Reality Show – New York Times (Quote: “Comedians felt safe enough to joke about it. On Comedy Central, Stephen Colbert said he had elevated his show’s security level to brown. (“Somebody spilled coffee on the chart.”)”)
I love this blog. Stephen Colbert is so eminently blogworthy.

A translation for you since "you have no idea what this site says". I should be saving my butt on the grammar mistakes but as far as i see my English is way better than your Hungarian :).
A push for the image of the country
written by Human Insect
I believe that every other person who read the articles on people voting for 'Chuck Norris bridge' fell off the chair laughing — oh yes, international press also published this piece of news — but now even Stephen Colbert teases Hungary.
He clearly must have not missed this joke if he once heard about it, but in his latest show he even asked his viewers to vote to call it Stephen Colbert bridge. They even take the hands of those not understanding Hungarian and guide them where to click on the site.
It's funny though, after that the international press told about Chuck Norris bridge, "St. Stephen brige"* took the lead in an overnight. BUT that they couldn't fix an IP filtering on the site is just funny, or at least tipical project of the state.
By the way right now only an empty page can be found there (it might be overloaded). So this is the "countryimage". Congratulations.

* ~ St. Stephen is our first King and that his name took the lead means that a bunch of patriots stayed up all night voting.

THANK YOU for that translation. You are right, your English is MUCH better than my Hungarian, because basically the only word I know in Hungarian is “Elküld” (Submit).
